Breast Augmentation

This 40 year old lady had smaller than desired breast size since adolescence and lost additional breast volume after three pregnancies and breast feeding. She wore a 34 padded ‘A’ cup bra and desired to be more proportional and in the ‘C’ cup range. After discussion of the available options, Sientra 285 cc moderate profile smooth wall gel implants were used. The implants were placed through an inframammary incision into the subpectoral position. The results shown are pre-op and three months post-op.
