This is a 37 year old female who desired to have improved symmetry and increased volume of the breasts. She wished to avoid having additional scars from a mastopexy or breast lift. The patient is shown 6 months from bilateral breast augmentation.
Implants: Motiva, ergo, full, 355 cc on the right, 295 cc on the left
Position: Subfascial (above the muscle)
Incision: Inframammary fold
