This is a 47 year old female who desired to have her breast implants removed. She is 3 months from implant removal (300 and 325 cc), capsulectomies, vertical mastopexy, and liposuction to the anterior axillary regions. The scars will continue to fade. She had a moderate amount of baseline breast tissue that was reshaped and lifted into a natural position.
