This is a 51 year old female with a history of previous subglandular breast augmentation with saline, 500 cc devices (not performed by our office). She was bothered by rippling, disproportionate volume, and an abnormal breast shape. The implants were deflated under local anesthesia (middle image) and she is shown 3 months after breast implant removal and inverted-T mastopexy (right image).
