This is a 31 year old female who presented with capsular contracture, widening of the areolas, and ptosis. She desired to maintain her volume and restore a more natural breast shape. The patient is three months from breast implant exchange (325 cc, silicone, full profile), conversion to a subpectoral pocket, and vertical mastopexy. Her scars will continue to fade.
