Breast Implant Revision

This is the 53 year old female who had a history of breast augmentation and other previous breast surgery who developed capsular contracture, more significantly on the right side. She additionally had ptosis of the breast tissue and asymmetry. She is shown 3 months following implant exchange in the subpectoral pocket (235 cc Allergan low profile to 210 cc Allergan moderate profile), capsulectomy, (right complete, left partial), and bilateral inverted-T mastopexy.
