Breast Implant Revision

This is a 54 year old female who had subpectoral saline implants (180 cc) for many years. The left implant ruptured and she underwent implant exchange (Motiva, 205 cc, demi profile) with capsulotomies. The patient is shown 5 months postoperatively.
