Breast Implant Revision

This is a female in her mid-50’s who presented with right capsular contracture and ptosis of the breast tissue. She had prepectoral/subglandular implants (230 cc on the right, 245 cc on the left) that were textured. She is shown 3 months from implant exchange (205 cc on the right, 220 cc on the left – Motiva, demi profile, ergo design) above the muscle, adjustment to the right implant capsule, and periareolar mastopexy.
