This is a 42 year old female who was bothered by an unnatural breast shape and discomfort following augmentation many years ago with subglandular, textured, 375 cc, shaped implants (not performed at our office). She is shown following implant exchange (to 240 cc, smooth, silicone, high profile implants), conversion to a subpectoral pocket, partial capsulectomies, and inverted-T mastopexy.
