This is a 43 year old male who was bothered by a “tired” and full appearance of the lower eyelids. He is shown less than 3 months following bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty and a scar revision for the lateral left brow. For the lower lids, a subciliary approach was used to remove fat from all three compartments and to remove a small strip of skin.
