This is a 24 year old female who desired to improve the appearance of the abdomen and breasts following pregnancy. She underwent a vertical mastopexy (reshaping the nipple-areolar-complexes on the breast mounds), abdominoplasty (including rectus plication), and liposuction to the flanks. She is shown one year postoperatively.
