Mommy Makeover

This is a 38 year old female who desired to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after pregnancy. She is shown one year after abdominoplasty and breast augmentation (255 cc, moderate plus profile, silicone, subpectoral, inframammary fold incision). Note the vertical, midline scar at the lower abdomen – this can be necessary if the degree of tissue excess is not large enough to bring the upper incision above the belly button.
